My wife and I listed our home in Fenelon Falls ON, in early April of 2015. We selected 4 random realtors out of the phone book and offered each one an opportunity to tell us why we should select them to sell our home. I had the pleasure of meeting Bethany as the very first one, and after meeting the others my wife and I decided to go with Bethany. Perhaps the best decision we ever made. Having to sell our house due to job relocation was somewhat of a tough thing to do, especially for my wife and two young children. We had only been in the home for two years and had previously had a horrendous experience in trying to sell our first home we purchased. Bethany eased all our fears immediately upon agreeing to represent us. She did her homework. Upon coming to see our house she asked if we would give her 1 day to do some research and come up with a number she felt would work for us and herself, and be feasible for our area. True to her word she called back in less then 24hrs and came up with a figure that we were very excited about. Bethany listed our house and in a week the house was sold!!!! And we were very, very, happy with the final sale price. My wife and I were blown away!!! Bethany did an amazing job, and made this somewhat tough transition very easy for us from the selling end of it. She showed genuine concern and caring not only for the sake of our home but for our entire family. My only regret will be that I am unable to use Bethany to purchase our next home as we are leaving Ontario. In our opinion Bethany is super professional, well versed in her role, very well marketed and super “keyed-in” to the Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas.
